GENERAL FEUTURES |
■ A waste heat recovery device using furnace exhaust gas preheat combustion air which results energy savings. |
■ The recuperator transfers some of the waste heat in the exhaust to the compressed air, thus preheating it before entering the fuel burner stage. |
■ Has short amortisation period between 3-10 month, which depends on capacities, intented use and duration of running period.
■ Depending on the operating conditions and design could be made as Fin-tube or Plain-tube. |
■ Each 20°C reduction in the temperature of the of the flue inert hot gases provides savings of approximately 1%(These values become higher in the case of condensation of Gas fired boilers flue gases)
■ Could be made as 2 stage type: 1st. Stage high-temperature water heater 2nd. Stage heating the combustion air.

DISADVANTEGES |
