GENERAL FEUTURES OF CONDENSING ECONOMIZER |
■ A common application of economizers in steam power plants is to capture the washe heat from boiler stack gases(flue gas) and transfer it to the boiler feedwater. This raises the temperature of the boiler feedwater, lowering the needed energy input, in turn reducing the firing rates needed for the rated boiler output. |
■ Depreciation period of economizer investment is a very short period of 3-20 months depending on capacity, working period and usage purpose. |
■ Each 20°C reduction in the temperature of the flue inert hot gases provides savings of approximately1%. |
■ By lowering the flue gas temperature to 50 ° C, smoke gas is condensed and the latent heat released here becomes a factor that further increases savings as an energy gain. |
■ The risk of low temperature corrosion, which is caused by lowering the flue gas to low temperatures, is eliminated by making the production in stainless steel. |
■ Economizer manufacturing may vary from plain water pipe, finned water pipe, straight smoke pipe, depending on operating conditions and design. |
ADVANTEGES |
■ Provides additional energy by recovering heat ejected from the stack. |
■ Ecofriendly |
■ Increase your production capacity and reduce energy bills. |
■ Economizer can be preferred as a complete system with its armatures. |
■ Heat loss is prevented by mesh wire rockwool insulation. |
|
DISADVANTEGES |
■It creates back pressure on the smoke side. Burner and flue draft may drop. |
■ It creates back pressure on the water side. Fattening pumps must also meet the counter pressure values. Otherwise pump replacement may occur. |
